Agreement

  • By using ArguCheck you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the platform.

Account

  • • A valid email address is required to register.
  • • You are responsible for your password security.
  • • One account per person. Automated account creation is prohibited.

Content

  • • You retain ownership of content you create.
  • • By posting public content you grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on the platform.
  • • Illegal, hateful, threatening, or spam content is prohibited.
  • • We may remove or hide content that violates these terms without notice.

AI Content

  • • AI-generated content is provided as-is. You are solely responsible for reviewing it before publishing.
  • • Your AI API key is used under your own agreement with the respective provider.
  • • We make no representations regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content.

Scores

  • • Scores are computed algorithmically from user ratings. They are not editorial judgments and do not represent objective truth.
  • • You must not rely on scores for any decision with legal, financial, medical, or other material consequences.

Moderation

  • • We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
  • • Users can flag content for review.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • • THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  • • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Termination

  • • You may delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete Account).
  • • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

  • We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
