Agreement
- By using ArguCheck, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the platform.
Your Account
- • You must provide a valid email address to register.
- • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- • One account per person. Automated account creation is not allowed.
Your Content
- • You retain ownership of the claims and arguments you create.
- • By posting public content, you grant ArguCheck a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.
- • You must not post content that is illegal, hateful, threatening, or spam.
- • Moderators may hide or remove content that violates these rules.
AI-Generated Content
- • AI-generated arguments are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and selecting them before publishing.
- • AI providers (Gemini, OpenAI, etc.) have their own terms. Your API key is used under your own agreement with them.
- • ArguCheck does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
Scoring & Ratings
- • Scores are computed algorithmically from community ratings. They are not editorial judgments.
- • ArguCheck does not guarantee that scores reflect objective truth.
Moderation
- • Admins can shadowban or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
- • Users can flag content for review. Flagged content is reviewed by admins.
Limitation of Liability
- • ArguCheck is provided as-is, without warranty. We are not liable for user-generated content.
- • We are not liable for decisions made based on scores or arguments on the platform.
Termination
- • You can delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete Account). This removes all your data.
- • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
- We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
